Dr. CJ Pabla, MD is an Indiana board-certified ER Physician and the owner and founder of Integrative Medicine, Laser and Aesthetics. Using techniques informed by research and evidence, Dr. Pabla focuses on the whole person, making use of all appropriate therapeutic and lifestyle approaches to healthcare from conventional medicine to alternative disciplines.

At our West Carmel practice, Dr. Pabla works to collect your extensive background history and spends significant time reviewing it before meeting with you in person for a full consultation. You can expect your initial visit to last anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours as he discusses your current lifestyle and seeks out ways to improve your chronic conditions with an individualized care plan.
Dr. Pabla uses his extensive medical experience to build trust and achieve optimal health and well-being in the patients under his care. In addition to his certification and experience as an ER Physician, he has also studied as a Functional Medicine Physician and is a certified Laser Treatment Specialist.
Dr. Jason Amich
DHSc, MBA
Dr. Amich is a Health Scientist and Functional Medicine Consultant. His career includes advanced clinical training and practice in emergency medicine as well as senior administrative roles within hospitals and health care organizations. He earned his Doctor of Health Sciences degree at A.T. Still University. He joined the Integrative Medicine, Laser and Aesthetics practice in 2018 and serves as the Director for Clinical Services and Chief Operating Officer.
Dr. Amich works closely with Dr. Pabla to provide complete functional medicine assessments, follow ups, clinical analysis/education and coaching services. Together, they treat each patient as a research case to uncover the root cause of symptoms and disease.
Dr. Amich is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine, the New York Academy of Science and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery. He also serves as a lecturer and adjunct faculty member on topics like functional medicine, gut health and dysbiosis, population health, whole-person care, health coaching, research, ethics, leadership, healthcare delivery systems and healthcare economics.
